Wellness Tip (50+)

 

For Women 50+

  • Strength first, scale second: Aim for 2–3 short strength sessions weekly (10–20 minutes). Focus on compound moves—squats, rows, presses—to protect bone density and joints.
  • Evening wind-down: Power down screens 60 minutes before bed. Replace with magnesium glycinate (if appropriate for you) and light stretching to improve sleep quality and reduce hot flashes.
  • Hydration rhythm: Sip 6–8 oz of water every 60–90 minutes before 6 pm to support heart health without disrupting sleep.


For Men 50+
